Overview
Organo’s signature project, Rurban Nest in Nizamabad, is a unique eco-habitat initiative founded by a collective of doctors with a vision to promote sustainable rural-urban living. The project aimed to blend ecological sensitivity with contemporary design to create a holistic and nature-integrated lifestyle for its residents.
Challenge
As a completely new initiative, Rurban Nest required a distinct visual identity that resonated with its core values—eco-consciousness, community living, and harmony with nature. The team sought complete branding support, from the ground up: brand identity, print and digital collaterals, brochures, and outdoor creatives that effectively captured the spirit of the project.
Solution
As the creative lead, I worked on the project end-to-end, beginning with defining the brand's tone and visual elements, and moving toward execution across multiple mediums.
1. Brand Color Theme
Approach: Given the eco-habitat theme, we explored various earthy palettes to align the visual tone with nature.
Methodology: After several moodboards and client iterations, we finalized a palette consisting of:
Rust, marigold, deep navy, burnt sienna, terracotta, sage, turmeric, and Classic Blue (Pantone 2020).
Outcome: Green was chosen as the primary color due to its strong associations with freshness, peace, and growth—values central to the project.
2. Logo Design
Approach: We created multiple logo concepts rooted in the finalized earthy palette.
Methodology: Iterative sketching and digital refinements helped us explore visual metaphors for sustainability, harmony, and health.
Outcome: A final logo that reflected the organic, grounded identity of Rurban Nest, seamlessly blending visuals with the chosen color theme.
3. Business Cards & Collaterals
Approach: Once the brand identity was defined, we moved toward creating clean, minimalistic business cards.
Onsite Insight: A field visit to the Nizamabad site helped contextualize the layout, user experience, and visual storytelling needs.
Outcome: Business cards and templates that reflected the brand's elegance and earthy personality.
4. Brochure Design
Need: A detailed brochure was required for prospective buyers, explaining features, amenities, vision, and layout.
Design Thinking: We structured it like a guided tour, with immersive visuals, icons, and warm typography.
Outcome: A printed brochure that offered both storytelling and utility—balancing emotional appeal with information.
5. Tabloid
Use Case: A compact version of the brochure for on-site visitors who needed quick facts and a project overview.
Design: Short-format storytelling with crisp design elements and infographics for easy reading.
Outcome: A handy takeaway for interested clients that drove curiosity and follow-up interactions.
